RDM Records accepts orders for worldwide delivery. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and fully accept these general conditions of purchase.
Pricing & Sales Tax: All prices displayed on the website include 7% Sales Tax for Florida-based transactions. RDM Records reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice due to fluctuations in exchange rates or adjustments in item production costs.
Order Documentation: Upon completion of the online checkout process, the customer is responsible for printing or saving an electronic copy of the order. We recommend keeping these conditions of sale for your records as per standard distance-selling regulations.
Governing Terms: These conditions apply to all remote purchases. Any updates to our invoicing structure or tax separation will be communicated on this page.
Payments and Security
We accept a wide range of secure payment methods to ensure a smooth checkout experience. All transactions are processed through Stripe, a leading global payment processor.
Accepted Methods: We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Digital Wallets (such as Apple Pay and Google Pay) and other local payment options as provided by the Stripe platform.
Security: Your payment information is encrypted and processed securely. RDM Records does not store your full credit card details on our servers.
After an order is placed and paid, RDM Records will provide to send the order to the store for the order fulfillment.
Physical Items & Shipping
All physical orders (CDs, Vinyls, Books) are shipped by RDM Records.
Availability: If an item is unavailable at the time of purchase, RDM Records will promptly notify the customer regarding the expected availability or restock date.
Liability: RDM Records is not liable for damages occurring during transit or for unexpected carrier delays.
Shipping Costs: All shipping fees, including those for returns or the exercise of the right of withdrawal, are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Regions & Rates
United States: Orders are shipped from Miami, FL. We offer USPS Media Mail as a cost-effective option for educational and musical materials (CDs and Books).
Europe & Italy: Fast and secure shipping to Italy at a flat rate of $6.00, within 10-12 business days.
International (Rest of World): Orders are shipped from Miami, FL. Please note that for all international destinations, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Digital Downloads (PDF, MP3, WAV, etc.)
We offer instant access to our digital research materials and music productions.
Fulfillment: Once payment is confirmed and the order is placed, the customer will instantly receive an automated email containing a secure download link for the purchased digital product.
Link Validity: For security purposes, download links are active for 48 hours from the time of purchase. We recommend downloading and backing up your files immediately.
Refund Policy: As stated in our Returns policy, digital products are non-refundable once the download link has been generated.
Returns and Refunds Policy
At RDM Records, we strive for excellence in our research and music productions. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Window: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original, sealed packaging (shrink-wrap intact for CDs and Vinyls).
Non-Returnable Items: Digital downloads and opened physical media (CDs, Vinyls) or books with signs of use are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
