"Romina Daniele's work fits the furrow of extreme vocal experimentation, tracking the legacy of advanced vocal research. The voice acts as an instrument: dozens of vocal tracks constructed and edited to create a dark collage with unusual harmonic features. The choice to interpret two excerpts from the soundtrack of Ascenseur pour l'échafaud in this light is brave, and like a good part of the album, it is a sign of versatility and good mastery of her own vocal means.
The text consists of poems written by the author, which are broken up and fragmented into phonetic units according to an automated processing structure. Electronics are present but remain discreet, leaving the undisputed role of absolute protagonist to the vocal research. A demanding record, dark and full of tension, suitable for spirits willing to get lost in a complex theater of sound."
